ไปที่ control panel -> Programs and Features เลือก Turn Windows Features on or off
เลือก Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1  option คลิ๊ก OK

เอาแผ่น Windows 8 ใส่ใน DVD Drive สมมติเป็น H:
1. สร้าง “net35″  folder ใน C drive
2. ใช้คีย์ Win + R
3. ในช่อง open ให้พิมพ์ xcopy H:\sources\sxs\*.* c:\net35 /s
4. เปิด Windows Explorer บน My Computer และเปิด C Drive
5. ไปที่ File menu เลือก Open Command Prompt>Open Command Prompt as Administrator

6. ในช่องหน้าต่างดำๆ ให้พิมพ์ Dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /All /Source:c:\net35 /LimitAccess
